Course Will Help Stave Off ‘Senior Moments’

The "Memory Fit Training" course offered by Morton Plant Mease and Community Aging and Retirement Services will help individuals improve their memories. This is open to all people — even if they don’t have Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia.
